I purchased the Dyanamics RMS software bundle and in order to create the price barcode labels and print them, I just bought the Zebra LP2844 printer. I was sold the 2.25" x 1.25" label paper. When I try to select a default label design, I only see the Avery labels of which none of them are of that size.
The Help section tells us to create our own or edit. I tried editing, per instructions in RMS, an existing Avery label design and saving it. I successfully modified it and the system allowed me to save it. When I went back into the Label wizard and opened up the label that I had saved, it wasn't exactly aligned as it had shown after being modified. I thought I'd try printing to see if it would work. The printer kept trying and then the red light appeared. There is s "Zebra Label 4" x 3"" in the default labels list, which I tried printing. It did print it, but there was no barcode and seems it printing the programming along with some of the production info. such as Description and price.
I tried creating a label from scratch, but if I define the properties nothing shows up as the new template.
If someone could please help me create barcode labels in RMS that will print on my Zebra printer.
