Dear all, when I add a new serial to a serialized item in the store I found a new record in the item movement report stating that there is a manual adjustment by Qty = 1. and when checking the On Hand quantities on the system if find that theu didn't changed. also the effect appears on the item movement report on the HQ server and the On Hand also didn't changed. is there any solution for this problem?
