I face a strange problem, when the offline items transferred out from the offline inventory to another store they stay appearing in the offline inventory with their quantities, and a transfer out number appear in front of them. when I generated the item movement report I didn't find the serial is transferred out, but I found the transfer number mentioned in the offline inventory and the same item code in it. by this problem the offline quantities increasing dramatically and the transferred out quantities didn't deducted from it. Note: when I open the transfer out mentioned in the offline Inventory I found its source is the Offline inventory. Can you please advice me?

What you are seeing is the transfer orders that have generated - but have not yet been issued. Working with Offline inventory and transfers is just like working with regular inventory and xfers - you have to create and then issue to finalize.
Note the inv xfer number and check to issue it under your Inventory> Inv Xfer Out> Search number> Highlight> Issue.
thank you very much jocelyn for your care and reply. but when i search about the transfer out number, i found it issued and closed correctly. and its inventory location is offline. when I go to the item movement report i find that the item is transferred out from the offline by this transfer number but the serial is not mentioned. and the quantity still exists in the offline. I wonder if this a bug or what?
