We recently completed a physical inventory for a vendor and committed. While checking a specific item, we found that the item quantity in properties was reporting a minus 3 qty when it should have been zero. When viewing the same item in the item movement report, it shows the expected zero qyt. I reindexed the files in administrator but that didn't correct the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. John

After completion of the full physical, did you run a Worksheet 501: Request a Full Item Count and then after that processed a Task 190: Perform Full Item Count Reconciliation?

We used to see these issues after comitting out of a full physical, then no movement on the item, it would still have a neg number, until after we requested a full inv count + the task 190. Am I off on using these two back reporting together?
