Using the Customer/Job feature in QB-2007 Premier Professional Services Edition:
We have many Customers and many Jobs under each Customer.
One of our customers e-mailed today saying that their Suite No. has changed from 410 to 620. That customer has about 15 active jobs.
Question: Is there a way to change all of the suite numbers at one time? It seems that the only way is to open each individual job and change the address.

You could have changed 7 of the 15 already using the time to write this post and read dumb replies.

I simplified the question for the newsgroup. I guess I'm the only one that uses the Customer/Job/Job/Job feature to any extent. It's poorly implemented in QB but I'm finding ways to make it work. I wish there were only 15 changes that have to be made in a year. Some of our clients have many projects going and if anything changes such as an e-mail address, contact person or suite number, then we have to individually open each job and make the changes. I've mentioned before that the QB Invoice will not show/print the complete Client/Job/Job hierarchy. We've created custom fields to accomplish this - very cumbersome but it gets the job done. The Professional Services Edition is all about billing. It should work better.
