Folks...I am using QBPro 2007 for the Mac and can not figure out how to print customer invoices other than one at a time.
Advice as to how to print invoices for all customers in a batch would be greatly appreciated.

How about:
Menu File -> Print Forms -> Invoices
Gary
Be sure the invoices you want to print each have a check in the appropriate "To Be Printed" box on the invoice. Then Gary's advice will do it.
Hi Gary. Thanks...I have gotten that far but I can not get the current "accounts register" to appear when the print invoices dialog comes up. I am missing how to get the chosen (for this months invoices) accounts register to link with the print command.
Very frustrating...

Hi Joanne...thanks. As just mentioned in a response to Gary...I am unable to add what I want to be printed into "to be printed box." : ( How to do that. There seems to be no way to access the current account register list.
I am thinking that this really should not be so hard.

Folks...thanks for your help/I've figured it out.
By checking the "must be printed" box on each invoice those invoices are now accessible in the print invoice box.

Isn't that what I said?
J
No.
How is this:
Be sure the invoices you want to print each have a check in the appropriate "To Be Printed" box on the invoice. Then Gary's advice will do it.
not what he did?
J
He said "MUST be printed."
You advised "TO be printed."
Grow up.

Sorry if I offended you - you see, English is my native tongue and I try to help others acclimate.
:) Indeed it is Joanne...please excuse my density.

We must keep in mind that it is QuickBooks for the Mac, terminology may be different. I wasn't sure if my original post would work, but I thought it might get us in the right direction. Laura just added an appropriate caveat, IMO.
Ah, yes. Your point is well taken. Still, the percentage of people in the U.S. who speak "Mac" is smaller than the percentage who speak Portugese. All I can suggest is to follow the rule:
For English, press "1" For Mac, press "2"
LOL. Merry Christmas
Face it, there should be an easier way to print a group of invoices other than opening each invoice and checking the box.
Well, if you select the "To Be Printed" box when you create the invoice, it, and all the following ones will have it selected automatically. This should be an automatic thing for you to check as you create invoices.
