Starting using Global customers

Hi all:

I'm just going to start using global customers for a 3 stores company. All 3 stores have been collecting customer's data for some time, and now they have

500 clients each. We want to propagate this data now, specially for buying history.

How is the best way to convert all customers at all stores to global? Is it at HQ? Is it at each store? How will all them then be synchronized to all stores?

If customers have to be marked as global at each store, doing it at Customer properties window can be a pain... if changed with a SQL query, will them be synched to HQ? I don't know how HQClient knows which records must be updated.

Thanks in advance!

I believe there is no 'smooth' way to do this right now. I know when I tried before they never synched properly because HQ thought they were still local or something. I'd check with your patner or MS Support, they could tell you how (or tell you you can't!).
