We have requested 401 data upload from a store, after HQ/Store sync, we found that in HQ 3 records of sales transaction from store are missing. We try to send 401 worksheet again and back date, but the data still not send to HQ. How to send these transactions to HQ. We also found out that we are able to see one journal of these 3 transactions in HQ, it s very strange. Please suggest why it not send and how to send all these transaction to HQ? Is there any flag to set?
