HQ Problem

I have a multistore with a warehouse in the same computer and two stores more outside total 3 stores. The computer at the warehouse had the HD bad and the backup that I had was only for the HQ two weeks ago and no backup for the warehouse database. I copy one of the outside store database, put the inventory zero but I can't change the store configuration. any suggestion? The database in the outside store are good they transfer the sales and all the information but not the new items that we input in those two weeks, How I transfer the item from the stores to the HQ?
