Removing Retail Realm Tables and Triggers etc from RMS dbs

Is there any clean way to remove RR's tables & flotsam from a RMS DBS w/o having to go to RR and get a script from them?

Thanks

You can certainly use a tool like Microsoft SQL Management Studio to visually see what tables, triggers and functions are available in a database. This will allow you to see what is there. But make sure you do a backup before you start removing anything. And if you are not sure about a table or other database item, don't remove it!

If you would like a hand in sorting this out, we'd be happy to help, just give a call to our Tech Support line at 1-888-267-RITE.

All Retail Realm Add-on can be removed from the application. Go to File and Admin and ask to remove regsitry entry. YOu have option to remove both tabls and registry entries. If you removed the application before you removed the tables and cleared the registry you can go to Regedit ==> HkeyLocalMachine ==> Software ==> Microsoft ==> Retail Management System ==> Stre Operations ==> Hooks and view hooks 0 unward and where ver you find RR or Retail Realm manualy remove those hook entries. Contact me for assistance. We do not charge you for this.
