One of our store databases has differing data from the HQ for yesterday's sales. It appears 7 records are missing from the trasactions table on the HQ DB that exist in SO DB. We have run worksheet 401 and still the records do not come over. The store is otherwise communicating normally - today's sales are showing up just fine in HQ.
Is there a way to force a reconcile?
May be silly question, but did you back-date the 401?
That did the trick.
If anyone has time, an explanation as to why that worked would be appreciated.
Specifically, why does back-dating a 401 pull data that a current 401 does not? Does it only check data from that day?
I'm not looking for an RTFM response here, if anyone can point me at the documentation explaining this I am glad to read it myself.
