RR Assembly Fix
Environment: HQ
Background: Create an assembly with item A and B & download to all stores. Now change the assembly components to be item A and C [Delete item B from assembly]. When it goes to store it creates an assembly with A, B & C.
Resolution: Run RRAssemblyFix_HQ.sql script file using HQ Administrator.
Result: If successfully executed, RR Assembly Fix creates WS 51 for all stores with SQL statements to be run at store to correct all assembly items at store. Please note that none of the items are deleted from HQ or Store. RR Assembly Fix redefines association of individual items with assembly at store.
Note: No action is required at store side
RR Quotation Expiry Fix
Environment: HQ
Background: If quotations are not converted to work order or sales, they remain open forever irrespective of Expiry Date allowing cashier to recall expired quotations at POS. The only way to close a quotation is to make quantity as zero for all entries and save the same.
Resolution: Run RRQuotationFix_HQ.sql script file using HQ Administrator.
Result: If successfully executed, RR Quotation Expiry Fix creates WS 51 for all stores with SQL statements to be run at store to mark all quotations which are created 30 days before as CLOSED. This fix will automatically set quantity on order as zero for all such quotations before changing the status as CLOSED.
Parameters: To change parameter value from 30 days to 60 days edit SQL script and change the value as following
Set @DayBefore = 60
Note: No action is required at store side

RR Customer Totals Fix
Environment: HQ
Background: Customers properties (Last Visit, Total Visit, Total Sales & Total Savings) are wrong & need to be recalculated. This may happen if customers/transactions are imported directly into RMS or for some reason worksheets are not completed successfully.
Resolution: Run WS 401 for all stores. After completion of WS 401 for all stores run RRCustomerTotalsFix_HQ.sql script file using HQ Administrator. Run WS 401 for all stores again. No activity should take place at any store till this entire procedure is finished
Result: If successfully executed, RR Customer Totals Fix recalculates customer's properties (Last Visit, Total Visit, Total Sales & Total Savings) from tables at HQ and downloads the same to all stores using WS 401. Old & New values are logged in a table called RRCustomerTables & could be reported by using Custom - RR Customer Totals Fix Report.qrp Active Report
Note: This is process is time consuming & can not be interrupted. No action is required at store side except communicating with HQ

RR Alias Fix
Environment: HQ
Background: The item record is updated by Deleting an Alias Code. The HQ
250 worksheet cannot update this change. So at the store level the item is still linked to that Alias. If you then add the Alias to another item this will cause errors at store and communications.Resolution: Edit the DeleteAlias.sql in notepad. Change the A & B by typing manually the Alias Codes that you wish to delete. If you have more that 2 you can copy paste the statement for B as many time as required and change the B to the next alias code to be deleted at store. Run DeleteAlias.sql script file using HQ Administrator.
Result: If successfully executed, RR Alias Fix creates WS 51 for all stores with SQL statements to be run at store to delete all item alias' listed at store. Please note that none of the items are deleted from HQ or Store. RR Alias Fix redefines association of individual items with Alias at store.
Note: No action is required at store side
