Store database not syncing with HQ

we have a client that connects with HQ but doesn't process any worksheets even though we have sent down a 401. The store connects...states db are in sync. Nothin is sent up or down then it disconnets without any errors. Any idea? I have checked the store db name and configuration.

Check in the store status window of HQ that the store has a worksheet waiting to process. The symbol is a blue flag with exclaimation mark on a yellow triangle. Also make sure that the store number is correct in SO Manager - File - Properties - Multi store, and that your HQ Server is pointing to the right HQ database that your HQ Manager is using.
