HQid is zero at HQ and Store

We have been having a lot of reporting problems lately and I found out that the HqId at the store levels are 0. Also there are items in the HQ database that also have a HQId of 0. We use Retail Realm Matrix Creator and items that are created automatically have an HQId of 0.

I need to update the item table at the stores but I need to make sure all items at HQ have a HQID. Can I assign martixed items at HQ with HQIds without having to create all the items again?

I'm sure all I have to do is update the item table at the store level to correct everything once I know that all the item in HQ have an HQid

The HQID does not need to be filled at HQ only at store. If you use the fashion bundle at Store to create Items in HQ makes sure the HQ Link is configured otherwise you are only making it locally and not in HQ. First thing first at HQ run a 101 worksheet for store and after it executes check at the store and see how many items you have with empty HQID. Those will be items that were created at store only and where the refeence does not exist at HQ. If you need assistance with Retail Realm Item Creation contact me (let me know what version you have).

Thanks for responding. We use RR Item Creation HQ V. 2.0.7. For some reason It has been giving a lot of Time Out errors when commiting items to the HQ DB. So I thought maybe ICreate was not assigning HQIDs.

The weird part about the situation is I believe the 101 worksheet is what started this. I ran it last week and then the reporting started having errors. When I checked the store DB items that had an HQID now have an HQID of 0. I was thinking a 260 worksheet one department at a time would correct this.

Could the HQ db have sent those changes down to the store through a 101 worksheet? If so then wouldn't i have to rebuild the store's item table from HQ? Joe

Never Mind! The 101 worksheet did correct the problem. It took about 40 mins.

I am still having issues with our Icreate. It still times out when commiting items to the HQ DB. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. After about three trys it eventually commits the items. Any suggestions?
