I' upgrading from QS2000 to RMS 1.3 i testing mode.
When i imported items that ware lot matrix they imported OK but when i try to sell them it does not deduct the lot matrix QTY from the grand total of main item. It it shows the specific lot matrix item as -1. ( for example it i had a 4 and 10 pack ) and i sell the 10 pack it now shows 10 pack qty as -1 and does not change to QTY of the main item]
How can i fix this ?
Rms lot matrix is tottaly different than quicksell 2000. If you are trying to lot matrix for coke 6pk and single can. You need to creat 2 item like
049000018349_1 for 6pk and 049000018349_2 for single can them ad on both item to lot matrix 049000018349. and when creat code for single can you need to ad 6pk code on parent tab otyRms 1.3 does create new items automatically during data import, I have also tried to create a new lot matrix and it still considers each line of lot matrix as separate item and creates -1 in inventory each time its sold.
I found the parent tab under special, and when i add the single can as the parent, and child qty of 6 , and then sell the six pack it reduces the single can inventory by 1 and adds a inventory ty of 5 for the six pack.
