Hello, I have been using tsql to insert global customers into the store db. When the 401 is run. It inserts the customer into hq and then inserts back into the storedb those same customers one with hqid number and the original one stays on the store with no hqid, thus duplicating customers on the store. Also on the store the hqid does not have the typical number seq of
107xxxxxxx, the hqid is zero on hq db. Any settings on hq that i am missing? Any ideas on what is happening here?
Also if I change the customer from global to local on the store db will it delete the those customers from the other stores ? thanks
