Is there a way for Store B to see the sales history for a customer that has previously only purchased product from Store A? Thanks.

No. The only way for that to happen is to remotely log into HQ or store A.
Only credit and balance due info is at all stores.

Or you could create a internal Intranet that pulls data from HQ and can be available from any store as I did.

It's also possible to see this through add-ins. There are several out there that address global customers in one way or another.
