Hello there,
We have sucessfully install the Store Operations in two stores. But we seem to have problem of pulling/pushing information (Stock update) from/to Store POSs.
We are not sure where and how the Master and Template databases supposed to be created and stored.
We have followed Microsoft Installation booklet but it is not clear what are the differences, functionalities or where the Master and template dtabase are.
Can you please help?

We have 2 stores only. The HQ is located in one of the stores.
We created the two store databases before creating the master database. Are we still able to create a unique Template database in HQ (Users, Security, Receipt formats etc) and overwrite what is on the individual stores.
Your help on this would be greatly appreciated.
