Problem with Purchase Order item quantities w/HQ

Hi All,

My customer is having the problem described below when running with HQ.

Problem: When processing Purchase Orders in Store Operations, Purchase Orders become closed without updating Item Quantities for the Store. However, Item Quantities for the Store are properly updated in Headquarters.

  1. This happens at all Stores.
  2. The error is random. Sometimes one or more Items on the Purchase Order will not be processed; sometimes the entire Purchase Order will not be processed; sometimes everything processes with no problems.
  3. The Purchase Order can NOT be reprocessed because the Purchase Order is closed.
  4. This just started happening after the installation of Headquarters.
  5. Owners and employees have the same problem, i.e., it doesn't seem to be a training issue.
  6. We have followed the instructions to the letter, which is evident by the Purchase Order being closed.
  7. The problem seems to be getting worse.

We've tried reindexing both the Store Ops and HQ database tables, but are still seeing this issue. Since we can't reproduce the error at will, we are at a loss to what is happening. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
