Import Purchase Order data to HQ

We have some stores and we place purchase orders in HQ system for every store. Now purchase order data is in a excel file and We need import PO data from it in HQ system. How can I do it? Thanks.

What's the file that contain your orders? XMLS, excel, text? or what?

I not use QSImport, but I wrote procedure to import orders, items and etc...
