I have a RMS with 20,000+ inventory. (no HQ)
Is there anyway I can overwrite the existing "on hand" quantity of all items with a CSV file?
I have used QSCImp.exe but I don't think it allows overwrite of exsiting items and only allows to create new items from the CSV files.

Use the Physical Inventory create a blank batch and use the import file option and then commit the batch.
This way you can update quantities and have a record at the same time.
