When you are entering a sales order is there a quick way to tell how many of the items you have in inventory? I only get a message that says "You don't have sufficient quantity on hand to sell item medium. Is there a pop-up that tells you how many are available?

Not to my knowledge but you can keep the Item List open and reference it for qty on hand
Thanks Tara. I was hoping for a better solution. It would not be very difficult for the dialog box that tells you that you have insufficient inventory to indicate how much inventory is present. Then you could tell the custom on the phone what you have available. Fred Jacobowitz
You are aware of the cases in which you can sell stuff even though it's not in inventory?
