UPDATE OF DATA URGENT (ESPAÑOL)

Tengo un Problema, necesito actualizar datos de la base de Datos de una de las tiendas al Servidor HQ, el día 9 de Febrero tubimos un problema y no se sincronizo bien, como puedo hacer para recuperar esa información.

OK Great - My Spanish is good in reading and acceptable in speaking and terribe in writing. So you can write in Spanish and I will respond in English.

Lets get a few things correct:

1- If you have done changes in the store database those changes WILL not come to HQ. Anthing having to do with database changes and adding items, suppliers, departments, category etc... MUST be done in HQ and sent to store via worksheets.

2- If you have had a problem with the 401 Uploading sales and transfers etc... from store create manually a 401 Worksheet at HQ and Backdate the 401 to the 8th Feb. [make sure you have a backup of HQ before you do this]. Th e401 will delete in HQ all dynamics historical data and recreate it again based on the data that is at the store.

3- If you have added Items OR Departments, or Category etc... email me and I will guide you how to correct this.
