One of our customer is using MRMS HQ + 5 stores , The harddisk crashed in store no 3 and thay don't have any backup how i can send the item master to the particular store from the HQ.

Use the HQ administrator utility, connect to your hq database and use export option.
note that the data will be up to the last connection with the HQ.
