Hello all! First I want to say that this forum is absolutely wonderful and has helped me tremendously with our system. Now...I want to know if anyone can answer this. One of our location's computer crashed but the backup that I had to restore from is 5 days old. That means that the data from the previous five days is in the HQ but not in the store ops. I'm unsure as to how to send the data down to the store. A 401 did not do it. If we reenter the data then it would show up as double in the HQ? Any solutions? Thanks in advance, diana

ok, I haven't tried this in a while, so it may not work the way I remember...
Try exporting the store from HQ - this should get you all the data that the store has sent to HQ.
Make sure you take a look at the resulting DB before using it, like I said it's been a while...

that plan glenn will work... i have done that in the past...wherein my store will close for renovation and then will change the whole PC.
so...what i do...
export the data from HQ Administrator...get the last updated data then attached it in the store.
all data including journals will be there....
this feature is a plus of MRMS it can easily restored the data without any backup from store...as l> ok, I haven't tried this in a while, so it may not work the way I > remember... >
