I tried entering a support request online and the system downloaded an Active-X application.
Now it gets stuck in a never-ending loop...of:
Select a computer, I click CONTINUE. Then it says SELECT PAYMENT: The page is BLANK except for the continue button, which I click...
Now back to the SELECT COMPUTER screen.
Etc Etc Etc, ad nauseum,
