Error when connecting to HQ Manager

All,

I have a weird problem. When connecting to HQ Manager, I get the following error:

Invalid Object ?# Temp? Select * From # Temp Where [Status] IN (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)

after which, HQ Manager shuts down. After multiple attempts I may be able to get in. If one person is able to get in, other people who may be getting the error above, using their own log in, can access HQ Manager if they use the log in info from the person that is able to get in. So there are instances where 5 people will be connected to HQ using the same persons log in. The interesting thing is that not every machine that connects to HQ is getting the error message. However, as of now, some machines that were previously connecting to HQ without a problem are now getting the error message. I have removed and re-installed RMS on the problem machines, and also checked to see if there was some type of sftware conflict with other apps, which there aren't. I don't know if it's a database issue or a problem with RMS.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I think it's a database issue, please make sure of the following:-

1- the sql server user configured in RMS Administrator is a db_ddladmin user (open enterprise manager|Security|Logins| dbl click the user|Database Access tab|choose the proper database in the upper list, and check db-ddladmin in the lower list, u don't need to do it if u r using sa)

2-make sure u have no space problems on server, specially on the drive contaning the tempdb
