Bad filename error 52 (For HQ Manager)

Hi I upgraded my box to xp sp2 (from 2000). The database is not on that box. It is on windows SBS 2003 premium. Now when I log in to HQ I get this error upon HQ Manager startup (sometimes). Any clues?
