HQ Synch

I have 4 locations connecting to HQ. 2 of them are working perfect.

The 3rd one, is showing "An error Ocurred while attempting to process the worksheet" message, and stops the 401 ws schedule.

The 4th Has a store synchronization scheduled, but is marked with a yellow (!) triangle, and whenever the store contacts HQ, the connection goes down in a couple of seconds.

Is there any suggestion on how to proceed with this problem?

Look at the logs in HQ Manager (Admin/Event Logs). Select the 3rd store - the one that is erroring on 401 and review the logs. The event viewer will usually have a more complete error message than you see in HQ Client.

For the 4th store, this sounds like you are just losing your connection - debug the network first. Are there any messages in HQ Client saying something like "connection forceably rejected"?

You should really be working with your reseller to resolve issues like this - there is no substitute for being there...
