HQ Client 401 worksheet problem

3 of our stores poll just fine...the 4th store polls all worksheets successfully except the 401. It times out and HQ client receives an error along the lines of No response was received for message type 3 (worksheet status). If I delete that 401 and manually request another 401...it polls fine, within seconds. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! We've tried everything!

Did you ever find the cause of the problem? I am having a similar issue.
