Request data upload (WkSht 401) not rescheduling automatically

We have a very strange problem. Just recently, our "Request Data upload" (worksheet 401) quit rescheduling automatically for 2 of our 3 stores. There are not any failed attempts (red flags) in the log and the HQ client machines are configured correctly in that all the checkboxes are marked to connect on the hour and the "Manually Connect Only" option is not checked. When the client connect runs, the "Request data upload" is not added to the queue. Anyone else had this problem??

Never seen it happen without an error. If you create a new 401 for each of the stores, it should start auto-generating again. Have you already done that? If so, re-check the Store schedules in HQ Manager.

Thanks for the quick reply, Glenn. Just triple checked the schedule and it all looks good. Also, we have been adding the worksheets manually but this doesn't seem to be kick-starting the auto-generation. I know it seems strange that there are no errors, since I have had this problem before and have fixed it by deleting the problematic upload. Definitely not the case this time, unfortunately.

Thanks again,

Dave B.

Dave B,

HQ Manager | View | Worksheets | select the 401 from the list on the left | look to see if there are any unprocessed worksheets

Are there any errors when the stores connect on the manual ones?

Hi Jeff,

There are not any unprocessed worksheets showing up in the list. They're all green.

When I connect manually, everything works fine ... This is really bizarre.

Thanks,

Dave B.

Verify that the time and date and format at the stores and HQ are the same.

Are HQ and all the stores on the same version? This includes Service Packs. I have seen this on 1.2 when the stores were at SP1 and HQ was a SP2.
