When I process credit card on second station I getting error HV: Failure HV" any clue ?

It is something in your EDC setup on that register (You know that you have to set up EDC on each register separately, right?) You may be able to find out exactly which field is incorrect by calling VITAL Technical support, but you can probably also find it justby comparing the setup on the two registers.
