i need a report that shows Pay Outs

None available in CustomerSource. I've attached one called Drop or Payout List.

Copy it into the \Program Files\Microsoft Retail...\Store Ops\Reports folder.

Look for it in the Custom section on your Reports menu choice.

You must be using Outlook Express or some other type of newsgroup reader to see and download the file attachment. If you are not using a reader, follow the link below to setup Outlook Express. Click on "Open with newsreader" under the M$ Retail Management System on the right.

i can only download to Outlook Express posts after 12/15 2005 and your post was done 12/2/2005

I still can't figure this out. I do not have that option on my Tools menu. I can only download the last month of data into OE. I don't get it.
