after you have the RMS application installed create a new database from the blank database template, then use the import from quicksell 2000 command. this is all found in the administrator.

Hi Rustylady,

Is this store database we are talking about or HQ? Also, what version of the QS2000 and what version of RMS we are talking about?? Also, the collation of the SQL Server (or MSDE) where You gonna have the RMS SO database please...

QS2000 store database is an Access file. Can You check what file it is, zip it up and send it to me, to antonijo snipped-for-privacy@hotmail.com (if not too big, if more then 2 or 3 MB, please use

formatting link
free service) and I will see if I can do something. I can't promise anything, since QS2000 is an very old version, but have done it in the past... few years ago, to be honest... Will give You the results...

Best regards, Antonijo

Hi RustuLady,

Good news then, good... Listen, do not update the Access database, since QS2000 is using Access 97 I think, and if You update it on later version, QS2000 will probably break. You should definitly think of migrating to RMS v2.0...

I'm affraid donno much about the printer You are talking about, cant help too much...

Regards, A.

Hi Antonijo,

I used Access 2007 and so far they have no problem with the program and all the data seem to be right. they still love it for right now...lol..

I also up date them to RMS 2.0 so far without problem yet? I do have the printer install and now need to get it setup in RMS.. then I am done!!! I am hardware not software support...lol RMS is not my thing...lol
