QuickSell 2000

I need to import 125 new student accounts into an existing QuickSell 2000 database. I did not set up the original database but I have found a document referencing QuickSell 2000 Import Wizard. It includes the documentation to import the accounts. I cannot find the program. Can anyone tell me where I can get this program or a method to import these new customer accounts
