IIF Need help with conversion from QIF

Does anyone know of a free converter that will convert either CSV or QIF files to IIF format for import to QuickBooks Pro There are a number of them that are available at cost however it seems that Intuit should have made this functionalaity available to its curtomers free of charge considering the original cost of the upgrade to QuickBooks.

I believe the oil companies should only charge 1.50 per gallon of gas. Health care should be free, and hoes should pay me.

Thanks Allan, for your sincere attempt at helping. I can tell from your reply that you are a real genius. Either that or you're a probably a product vender who intentionally misrepresents a product while, redirecting people from ligitimate sites to your supposedly "free" program site. Thanks but I don't feel the need to waste money on an adware or malware program with no reputation just to feed the kitty. I perfer a product with a trusted running record. That is why I posted here. I assumed that the majority of persons reviewing these posts were professionals who know something about accounting programs Once again, thanks - not.

Can I presume from your post that you have no intention of becoming a client of mine? Don't worry, its ok. I have zero tolerance for individuals that think the world owes them and should get everything for free.

News flash! You are not the center of the universe.

Allan, the proper way to answer a snot like this is point him to a freeware site that fills his computer with Trojans, viruses and spyware. He will have gotten exactly what he has paid for!

Of course this dolt doesn't understand that people don't give away anything of value. You pay for it one way or another. Either you pay cash to a brick and mortar place where you have recourse or you download from the Russian mob. And don't for one second think that financial software isn't something the Russian mob would love to put their spyware hooks into. Grab those passwords to online banking, transmit the employee names, addresses and SSN's ...

I've seen a number of 'scripts' as well as shareware (cost, but with free trial).

Huh? What upgrade? If you had a previous version of QB, then you should not need any third party software to 'convert' anything.

One would assume the OP considers QuickBooks an upgrade from the his previous software.

All these formats are text based files. You'd think the banking industry would make the different types available. The pricey conversion programs by zachary seem pretty lame.
