QB 2008 Pro + Standard payroll option
In my main company file, I have the following:
*************************************
Company name: "XYZ Co. Inc."
Address: 2222 XX Street
City, State, Zip
Legal name "The XYZ Co. Inc"
*************************************
But when I print the W-2, box C (Employers and address), here's what shows up:
The XYZ Co. Inc
XYZ Co. Inc
2222 XX Street
City, State, Zip
In other words, QB lists the Legal Name, but then adds the Company Name as part of the address
Is there an easy way to avoid the doubling up?
