I have an item in my HQ ans Store Ops databases that isn't in my ItemDynamic table.
I don't know how it got that way, but I'd really like to fix it.
I know that there was a KB article but I've searched and searched and cannot find anything.

I ended up using one of my support requests to have this issue resolved.
I don't know how it happened, but of my 15110 items in the HQ database, eight of them had no records in the ItemDynamic table. These items were not imported and no third party add-ons are in use here. The support folks were able to resolve the issue with an answer that reads like a KB article but apparently isn't.
