Missing PO in HQ

Some POs (closed or not closed) made from HQ PO Planner then processed and in store are not present. This is a new store. I played with it in the I only see 1 PO when i should see about 7.

I read something about not receiving interstore transfers in HQ , but i never had that problem.

I'd like to know, too. I'm constantly having this problem. I did read in Customer Source Knowledge Base that I should run a 401 BEFORE I process Purchase Order or Inventory Transfer worksheets. I did one test run and it worked, but this problem seems to be intermittent so I don't know whether or not it actually did anything. Now the real question is how do I get the PO that I've received and committed to show up in HQ (I've run several 401s) without issuing SQL statements (I don't do that). Jennifer
