I don't have the disk with menow, but I recall reading in the readme file that one has to uninstall RMS from each computer before installing 1.3. Did I read that right? Any help, Thanks.

nope.but before installing 1.3r update, backup the receipts templates and reports folder and for pre-cautions backup your data.close all MRMS applications and try installing the updates 1.3r.
