I have a minor -- but very irratating -- issue with the way RMS sorts Item Lookup Codes. RMS ignores a '-' in code so the D-GC sorts the same as DGC does. This means that all my "D-" codes are intermixed with the rest of the codes beginning with D rather than being grouped together.
Does anyone know why this is? Any ways to make it work the way I want it to? I know I can rename all my "D-" codes to "D " codes but I'd rather not.
Any insight is appreciated.
