I believe that keeping track of A/P would be a function of whatever accounting program you are using. As far as I know, there is no way to do it in RMS. Craig
I'm not sure I am fully understanding your situation... If somebody has a credit on their account, you should be able to run a report, the accounts with a positive credit should show up with ($5.00) parenthesis. If you are looking for more information regarding what vendors you owe money too, then yes, you need an accounting program, or easier yet, an accountant.
