One of our clients has RMS with the latest RMS service pack installed. Apparently this had been a long running issue, but they had never told us about it. When adding new items, if they add a supplier during the first item edit, it will disappear the next time they open up the item properties window. Adding a supplier after this will work. So basically when they add new items, they fill in all the information, close the item properties window, open it back up and add the supplier.
I noticed in Administrator that whenever a new item is created with a supplier listed at first, in the SupplierList table, it will add a new entry with ItemId = 0 and a different supplier than the one specified attached to it. I have tried checking and reindexing the database but that didn't help.
Has anyone encountered this problem and found a solution for it?
