When I ring up a credit card sale and later want to lookup the transaction RMS only displays the first part of the receipt (the customer signature part) but not the detailed receipt that shows the items. Any idea how to set this up to show both receipts.

Ryan,
Use Ctrl-Arrow Left or Right. Alternately, you can double-click with the right mouse button and zoom out until you see multiple pages, then left-double-click to zoom in on the page that you do want.
