Description:
Technical Analyst
- Plan & Design the overall Microsoft Dynamics solution including
technical and functional aspects
- Keep the users of the Microsoft Dynamics system productive by
making sure the system is operating smoothly and as designed
- Manage and troubleshoot all technology related items. Core
activities include planning the infrastructure and required upgrades to
hardware and software
- Provide both technical and functional knowledge of the Microsoft
Dynamics application (Dynamics GP, RMS)
- Knowledge of Microsoft development technologies and environments
(particularly .NET & Visual Studio, Web Services, Office SharePoint
Portal Server and Microsoft Dynamics specific development environments)
- Design & Develop modifications to the standard Microsoft Dynamics
application (if any)
- Plan and deploy necessary installations or upgrades to meet
Microsoft Dynamics installation requirements
- Develop and executing data migration processes and developing
integrations to other systems (e.g., eXpressDigital Darkroom,
Labtricity, Google Apps)
- Understand business requirements derived from Workshops and do
The necessary to support these requirements
- Solid understanding of Microsoft technology stack
- Understanding of key ISVs within this vertical
- Data migration development and testing
- Conversion from existing JDA, Solomon and ARCH systems
- Setup & Validate security
