Looking into software

Hi. My company is a computer retail store / service business (onsite / instore repairs). I noticed that Microsoft Retail Management offers work order support. I cannot find very much information about this feature, and am wondering if anyone reading this is in a similar business, and how the software works for you.

If you are looking for a method of allocating stock and invoicing for a piece of work the RMS works order functionality is OK, but it contains no real scheduling or issue tracking functionality. You could combine RMS and a support system such as Request Tracker to provide a lightweight fast system for your engineers. You need a separate system for time accounting or a ODBC link between MySQL and RMS to bring together your time invoicing.
