Make HQ Client and HQ Server run as a service

Currently these are just applications that run. Having them run as a service makes them more managable and stable.

ive actually created services from these using a small little application and the problem then is that it sometimes needs interaction, and you then have to firts stop then restart the service after enabling the allow interaction check box.

This is not very usefull when a store connection hangs sometimes or something like that
