It would be nice to have a minimize button on the POS title bar.

On the POS go to Ctrl+F6: Screen>
Click Transaction Screen Tab>
Click Window>
Click Show resizable boarder>
Click OK>
Click OK again>
Click the Window restore button to properly size
Or press the Windows key on your keyboard, right click the POS button on the task bar, click minimize.
