There appears to be no multi selection, or drag to change, within any of the item wizzards. For example.
Compose a list of items that you want to change the sale price/tax/quantity (using the wizzard or within a matrix item). If the selection/matrix has 150 items allow the user to multi select items or groups within to be changed to a single value.
