New West Technologies has released several new RMS add-ons this quarter.
Among the highlights:
Mobile Suite 3.4
---------------- Adds Mobile Label Printing to the existing suite of mobile applications: Inventory Count, Purchase Order, Work Order, and Transfer.
Mobile Label Printing can use labels designed in RMS or traditional printer specific labels and will print to a wide variety of portable
802.11b, Bluetooth, and shared desktop label printers.
Loss Prevention Suite
---------------------
Bundles several loss prevention modules with a program that comprehensively locks down the returns process, preventing cashiers/customers from returning items more than once, returning items they did not purchase, receiving more money back than originally used, and more.
People Pop
----------
Enhances the 'New Customer' dialog by auto populating customer name and address fields after cashier enters in the customer's phone number.
Mix & Match Discounting

Provides advanced mix and match discounts in the form of 'Buy X from Y department (or category) and receive Z% off those items'.
